You don't have to be in crisis to benefit from counseling. Therapy provides a supportive, confidential space to explore challenges and develop healthy coping skills.

Yes. I offer secure telehealth sessions for clients who prefer the convenience of meeting from home, as well as in-person appointments at my Houma, Louisiana office.

Most individual and couples therapy sessions are approximately 50–60 minutes. The frequency of sessions is based on your goals and individual needs.

Yes. Your privacy is very important. Therapy sessions are confidential except in situations required by law, such as concerns about immediate safety, abuse or neglect, or court orders. These limits to confidentiality will be reviewed during your first appointment.

Item Yes. I provide counseling for children and adolescents using developmentally appropriate approaches while collaborating with parents or guardians when appropriate.
